Title: Raphaelesque Head Bursting, 60's version!
Parts of camera, like body,lens and dials have been used plus other controls from different sources. Top face and the small parts on the floor were modeled in 3D Max. inspired , in a way, by Salvidor Dali's Raphaelesque Head Bursting!

Perfect, it would be better if you move the left wheel on the floor out of the shadow or add shadow around it
