great piece! and dont mind Tsonta's comment. her piece looks like a tatoo on every other biker in america! Like with your piece from the previous round, I like how you simplify and find the beauty in ugly industrialized images of this world.

I think this is highly imaginative and very creative. You should have a lot of PRIDE in this work. Definitely one of your best jobs.

I agree with vitaminc. It is miraculous how you manage to transform rural, lifeless images into something so full of emotion and symbolism. A work of art indeed.
Neat use of opposing themes

Once again, very good job. The piece's symmetry alludes to the dual meaning and opposing themes. The engine is made of cold metal, yet it's supposed to be the heart of an entire city - suggestive of what kind of people keep it running. From afar, the piece is a simple heart with wings. But upon closer examination, we realize the grotesque image of the individual parts almost screaming to jump out at you. It truly provokes the mind.
very awesome

cool! is that a real engine you took apart graphically, or you just made the engine up?

The meaning of life

Thank you for wonderfully creating this soon to be masterpiece. With age, modern art becomes a classic as people don't always understand the trends of their time as it is occuring. It must take time and reflection to understand this as a classic. With this image, you've inspired me to pay off my debt, re-marry after my wife died in a car accident, cancer, heart attack and gangreene, raise 10 children on $30,000 a year income working 15 hour days as a janitor, bike ride to work, win an Ironman Tri-athalon competition, gave me the heart to donate my body to science, save a kitten from a tree and lastly defeat all of my enemies. Thank you for this.

Wow props to reconfiguring and manipulating the engine image. It looked plain in the thumbnail but the detail really comes out in the larger image.

This has truly been the first orgasm I've ever experienced totally induced by art. Thank you, you have put my rather tense nature at ease, as well provide me with prevention for the ever so sneaky prostate cancer.
good luck!

i like what you did with the engine but the background isn't quite as good as what's in the middle. I think you should have used a bit more time on that one. but the heart looks really amazing. i would love to have this as a wallpaper with a different background! nice job.

i dreamt about this engine heart thing that turned roller skaters of the future into loving people like starlight express and then i saw this image and it spoke to me about the true intentions of peoples mechanical sides versus their human nature of love and the essence of roller skating in general. so thank you, your art is amazing!!!
