The use of lighting to add detail is amazing on this one

great image... only thing I don't like is the white burst breaking the boarder on the right... it gives the eye an out from the picture and makes it less holding... great image tho

The boy makes me laugh. Like your work, but the lighting on the right, is a bit odd.

Yeah, I gotta agree...the white bursts just not making sense...

The lightening on the right is meant to be the initial attack from Baba Yaga against the kid. She summoned the lightening (see the hole in the roof) and is firing it out of the house in an attempt to catch him. I figured I would update the ancient folklore and make it more visually appealing.
