This competition is so frustrating. I don't think this has got it's votes on it's own merit. "It's not what you know, it's who you know" rings so true at Crestock.

..Ok.. I'll try be constructive.

Nice concept. The difference in size of the godess/figure and her world gives great opportunity to make this awe inspiring. However, something doesn't quite gel, and instead of making the figure appear huge, it makes the world appear small, especially when looking at high res.

Lighting on the figure. You have acheived a nice scale of light in the environment, but the lighting on the figure is very flat. This combined with the 'slightly off' details around the join from her torso to the sea doesn't sit her well in the environment.

Stock usage. The plant doesn't sit well, I'm sorry. Although I think you nailed the orientation and perspective of it, it's colouring/texture/detail level doesn't fit with the rest of the world. Is the plant the only piece of stock you used? The other piece with the fairy holding a plant used other source as textures and such, which I thought showed a lot of imagination. Is there more to this piece that I can't see?

Pretty picture, but doesn't deserve to win.
