Upload System Availability – June 15-21

As part of an infrastructure update project, we will shortly be migrating the entire Crestock collection and all supporting files into a new server system. This will require a physical data move. In order to accomplish this transition, we will need to disable uploading of images for a short period of time. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

During this transition, a notice will appear on the Uploads page, and the following functions will be temporarily unavailable:

•    Uploading of new images (both via FTP and the Uploads page)
•    New model registrations
•    Submission of formerly uploaded images

Please rest assured that uploaded but not submitted images will not be affected. Likewise, existing approved images will not be impacted.

Other site functions (such as subscription, credit or individual image purchasing and downloading of images) will be available during this time, with the exception of an outage required for the final changeover process.

UPDATE: The entire Crestock website will be down for a 24 hour period commencing at 10PM ET (22:00h) on Monday June 20th. Service is expected to resume on Tuesday June 21st at 10AM ET (10:00h).
