i would like this photograph a lot more if some part of the face were in focus, lips would be perfect

no no.... I disagree, nothing should be perfectly focused in here, because it would spoil the softness of this ambiguos and undecided gesture. Here it is not about body anymore, but only about that mental capacity to shape or to unshape the contours and colours of something almost vanished.
