For me the erotism in this photo is apparent when you consider the rest of it out of frame as well. Thats she is naked and in that vulnerable and inviting position, that she knows this and is likely smiling with a glint in her eye. It is a good picture because it invites the viewer's mind to consider what is outside of the frame and in her mind and make-up a context and history for it.
