I took this shot of a Lotto rider in Paris at the end of last year's Tour de France. I used Photoshop to create the black and white effect, with the rider still in colour.

I liked the juxtoposition of the lone rider, symbolically isolated and exagerrated.
One mans quest to strive catch up, the possibility of failure devoured by those behind. Hungrily inviting opportunity!
