I WAS ONLY ABLE TO UPLOAD 3 PICS. I KEEP TRYING BUT I EITHER KEEP GETTING A SERVER ERROR FOR A SINGLE UPLOAD, OR NO ACTION WITH THE BULK UPLOAD. THERE ARE 3 FILES WAITING THERE AND I DO HIT THE REFRESH LIST LINK BUT NOTHING. THAT IS HOW FAR I GOTTEN. THE FILES ARE SITTING IN THE TEMP FOLDER OF CRESTOCK. ANY INFO WILL BE HELPFUL. THANKS ALOT. do not upload the images to the temp folder, upload them to the root of you ftp login.
the temp folder appears to be used by crestock.

I can not login to the FTP. If I fill in my username and password it keep asking my password? How do I get in to the FTP upload section. I hope someone can help me.

To determine the problem we first need to establish what method you using to access the FTP server, are you using a dedicated FTP application, or are you trying to log on via the link on the crestock website?
I tried logging on now and couldn't either, it seems that the server is temporarily unavailable, so the problem might be at that end. Perhaps we just have to try back later....

Thanks for your help. Im beginning to think it is the other side. I have followed and done all steps. I have been trying to use thier link, but I've only get to "refresh list", nothing happens. Plus, I'm not being asked to sign in. I did once, that's it. But my files are sitting there at the link.
