The Good, The Bad and The Ugly: the top 20 funniest contest entries.
After a round characterised by consistently high standards, we are pleased to reveal the winner of week 2, among more than 230 entries:
Winning entry for week 2:
The Winner of Week 2, with this outstanding entry, is Craig Parker , from Cape Town in South Africa.
Congratulations!
We are delighted to see this comparatively low-key entry make it all the way to the top. it is highly individual in style, but more importantly, it is centred around a strong idea where a couple of the source images (the butterflies and the forest) are transformed into a strong and characteristic image.
Second place:
In second place, following hot on the heels of the winning entry – and very different in style – we find this flawless design from Mark Damiano from Georgia, USA.
Mark used all the source images apart from the portrait of the girl (as far as we can see) in his design.
Third place:
Third place goes to this super-cool butterfly design from Gustaf Holm , Sweden.
The ten remaining runners-up were:

A big thank-you to everyone who participated in this round!
Sadly, there can only be one winner in the end, but there was a truly impressive number of extremely elaborate and creative entries this week – it cannot have been an easy task for the judges and the public to choose their favourites among these.
Below are a number of entries that didn't quite make it all the way this time, but all got very close!
The
images for week 3 have now been released, and in this round the prize is an
Apple MacBook Pro.
