The Good, The Bad and The Ugly: the top 20 funniest contest entries.

Thanks to everyone who participated in this round!

In addition to the top entries, there were a large number of superb entries this week that sadly didn't make it all the way to the top. We sincerely hope that you will take another look at all the entries for this week and decide which one is your favourite!

The winning entry for week 3:

We are pleased to announce that the Winner of Week 3 is Maciej Mizer!
After gaining top scores from no less than three of the judges, it was clear that this entry simply could not be beaten. Maciej has packed an incredible amount of detail into his design - study it carefully, and you'll keep discovering details that you didn't notice first time around.
A well deserved win – congratulations!

Second place:

Second place goes to Michael Grelus for this excellent piece of work.

Third place:

In third place: Przemysław Biernacki – his idea-led entry clearly impressed a number of the judges.

The runners-up this week are:

4. s3iz

5. kamilk

6. huib

7. artos69

8. stanik445

9. stankovicdamjan

10. anya

11. jeszczedziecko

12. pejot

And the public's favourites were:

andresr

artos69

stanik445

mOsk

kamilk

Alberto Gistrud

jbeesley

podius

ahuxta

jakus

The final week of the contest has now opened.

RE: Week 3 winner announcement!
Who can explain me how work all this contest... Should we invite a lot of friedns to get a high score, and then judges decide which work author bring the best profit to crestock? Or I miss something???

Explain me, please...

RE: Week 3 winner announcement!
No, we do not intend on making a profit out of the contributions submitted. The judges (which are all external, none are Crestock employees) quite simply vote on which is their favourites. These votes are then summed up along with the popular votes, and the winner is decided out of that.

We do NOT demand the rights to sell the images submitted to this contest.

Thanks for fast reply...

Seems like I touch a hot spot:)...

But I'm not talking about selling thouse image, but about "more competirors new friedns, more new users, more profit"...

OK, it's just my thought, so lets forget about my question...

I just wanna see what will happen next (and the last week) and than I will know the real answer to my question...

Good luck for all who will join last week, and lot of new users for You - Crestock.com

RE: Week 3 winner announcement!
First things first, the winning image is amazing and it desevers to win , congratulations :D

but some comments:

I don't understand ? I can't believe out of the top 12 only 1 entry from the page 4 and 5 got in.... it seems the judges didn't really bother to look properly in the last 2 pages maybe they should have more time to decide? 5 hours is not enough to look properly at each design without getting tired.

I'm sorry but my design can not be so crap to be the least favourite amongst the judges, which seems it was the case otherwise I would be at least in the top 12.
Funny thing is I thought my image would be low ranked amongst the public who normally vote for "eye catchy" images and that it would do well amongst judges since they know photoshop so they would realize I was the only contestant in the whole competition that actually played with the elements rather than taking one of them and place it into a nice decoration around it. Furthermore my image actually has a concept, it is not just a "nice looking image".
Is this a "photoshop" competition or is this a "lets use tons of brushes and third party images and put them into one image so it looks nice?

Not to mention In those top entries there is one which is just a poster taken from someone else, another entry had like 100+ votes and is a mediocre design to be honest and it is very well placed so I don't get it.

And one last thing dont get me wrong, I am not desperate about winning a computer, I don't like macs, PCs work better for me. My whole point is just out of principles.

Rant over

You teke the words out of my mouth... I was too cowardly to say the things what you say, but I'm really surprised, that yours (and actually some other) works didn't take a part in TOP 12...

Really, really weird...

RE: Week 3 winner announcement!
The first 2 weeks were a little boring in comparison (in my opinion) though there were some good entries.  This 3rd week has a much better quality and higher creativity, despite some obvious copying.  This is the first time I wasn't surprised who the winner was, the first 2 weeks it felt kind of up for grabs as to what the judge's preferred style was, there weren't many that looked like the time and effort into them was readily visible.  Always nice to see polished art.

The 4th week is going to be nuts!#$%
