I had two images rejected some days ago and I never received an email saying why they were rejected. Is this the rule now?

We are currently doing the final adjustments to a new and improved image inspection system here at Crestock. Due to a slight error, images inspected through this system unfortunately did not generate the rejection/approval e-mails that should be sent to you. We can do nothing but apologize for this.

This has now been fixed, and any approval or rejection of images should now result in an e-mail notification.

We have now implemented a new evaluation system, and one change as a result of this is that you receive just one email once your images have been evaluated, whether you submit one or one hundred images at a time.

The rejection information for any rejected images, which was previously sent out via email, is now being stored in the 'rejected uploads' section of your portfolio:
http://www.crestock.com/uploads/Support/portfolio-tabs.gif

(this information is only available when you're logged in by the way, nobody else can see what images you have had rejected!)

We hope that you will agree that storing the information with an image preview on site will make it easier to keep an overview of your image submissions.
The new system came into effect from Monday 15th Jan, and has not been implemented retrospectively, meaning that only images evaluated after this date will have the rejection reason(s) stored in your portfolio.
