The design is a matter of personal taste...

I want to comment that your hyperlinks at the very bottom of each page are broken/wrong. Once Google finds that out your site rank will drop significantly...

I don't understand who has to upload a picture to get a free photo retouch?

In my opinion there is too much text, too dense... but is my opinion.
