just wanted to now howcome this picture is over or under exposed?

You're absolutely right in questioning the rejection reason you received. I've looked at the picture in question and can definitely confirm that your submission was neither over or underexposed. My response to this would that we're sorry for confusion caused, but it was just a case of human error. Unfortunately, however, your picture contained other technical issues that meant it would still not be approved.

Myself and the inspection team are currently working on better explanatory emails that will serve to clarify the reasons for rejection better than the short emails you receive at the moment. Look out for that in the very near future.

And, to everyone, please attach a copy of your images to your message when you want it to be seen by others. Its only Crestock admin that can see your rejected images from the Crestock website.
