I just got several of my submitted pictures rejected due to "ISO noise". The pictures in question were taken with 200 ISO. One of my submittet pictures was taken with 100 ISO, and it got approved.
Is Crestock very meticulous about images being shot with 200 ISO or more? I usually shoot at 200 ISO, but if that means all my shots are rejected, I will start using 100 ISO more.

Bardman,
We have no policy saying to reject pictures that aren't shot at 100 ISO, but if ISO noise is visible, then we will reject it.
For a better technical response than I could give you, I'll have our expert write a better explanation for you and whomever it may concern.

Bardman,
I actually inspected your photos today, and let me just say that I really liked the photos, but the quality just did not meet our standards.
I'm not sure that all the noise in your photos are actually made by your camera, but in your post-processing. The photos have high contrast and are saturated, which causes more noise whether you have added this with settings on your camera or in the program you use to process your files.
All cameras produce noise differently, and some adds very much noise if just adding a little bit of contrast, saturation or similar - while others produce very little. This is why you can have two different cameras shooting with ISO 100 and for instance contrast+1, and one will show more noise than the other - it all depends on the cameras sensor.
In your case I would very much recommend that you always shoot with ISO 100, turn all camera settings/parameters on 0 (if your camera support changeable parameters) and try to only change levels/curves in your post-processing as needed - no need to overdo it. Also look at other stockphotos (for instance the daily free download) to see the quality of photos uploaded by other photographers.
If this won't help you get your pictures approved, I can only recommend a new camera with a better sensor.
I really like the subjects and composition in your photos - so keep it up and I'm sure you'll get a lot more approved :)
