Hi

I had a rejection today for a vector file i upload and the reason was: technical quality

As you understand a such general reason for rejection does not let contributor understand
what was exactly the problem.

I already contact via form for further explanations.

Does anybody experienced the same problem or does any admin can by more specific
(taking a look inside my account) and explain what does it mean?

Please take a look because I can not leave in darkness;)

thanks

Tasosk,

Thanks for bringing the topic up. We share your concern with the description of the rejection reasons, they aren't clearly specified enough, and its so that the short reason you receive now can often leave the uploader confused. That's why we're about to introduce better and more explanatory rejection emails, that will describe the reason of rejection a lot better.

Getting a Technical Quality rejection on an illustration could mean that it had some pixelation or some other small glitch in the illustration. Illustrations should be very close to technically perfect to be accepted.

Hope that explains things ok.
