IPTC keywords?

Does the upload system recognize the embedded IPTC keywords at all, or am I doing something wrong? Some other stocks seem to be extracting my keywords all right, however, here my files always come up as not having any keywords so I have to copy/paste them in.

In Photoshop, when editing, I go to "File" and then "File info." which opens up my photo's metadata page... there I type in the title, description, keywords, copyright info., etc. When I upload the photo to Crestock, my keywords and everything else automatically shows up if I click "edit".
