Forum

Attention: New Forum in Progress

Unfortunately, our current forum software is causing us some problems, so we have decided to turn off the posting capabilities - for now. We decided to develop our very own forum to get it just right - and it will be up and running again towards the end of May.

We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Until the new forum is available, you can still browse and read the old forums, but unfortunately not post new messages.

Thank you so much for your patience!

i don't understand i upload my images but they say the pixels are too small...

RE: upload
Hi. I found this here:
https://www.crestock.com/technical-requirements.aspx

All photographic images must be in JPEG format, RGB colour mode, at least 2400x1600 pixels (about 4 Megapixels), saved at the maximum JPEG quality setting and should preferably have an sRGB colour profile.

So, that might be why. How large was the image?

If it was smaller; try again with a larger image? :)
