My entire first upload was rejected due to Technical Quality. Exactly what does this mean? I am new to the uploading to Stock agencies, but I am not new to shooting and I have been selling my images for years. If someone could explain, then I can alter what images I submit here. I have work at 3 other agencies at this point.

I found the approval time a little long, but acceptable.

Thanks for any help.

There could be a few different reasons for rejections due to technical quality, the main ones being excessive image noise due to high ISO/small camera sensor or jpeg artifacts caused by too much compression either in camera or in post processing. Were your images taken with a DSLR?

Perhaps you could post an attachment with a 100% crop of one of the images in question here in the forum.
