This image was just rejected for two reasons.

1.  Dull colors/need contrast (ok, a soft, by firelight, kind of mood was what I was aiming at, but if it isn't what Crestock wants I'm not arguing.)

2. Picture missing, please submit the original. ...er, the reviewers are psychic? They can tell my picture is crap when they can't even see it?

The thumbnail, at least, is obviously not missing.

MacphersonPhoto,

Can understand your confusion there :) You'll be happy to know that the picture is not only not missing, but should now be visible in your portfolio.

Having been to my fair share of hogmanays, I can confirm the lighting is accurate. But, what was the red reflection on the whiskey bottles from?

By the way, there is a tiny bug in our reviewer system which makes it easy to forget to turn some customized rejections reasons off. Thats a quick explanation if you receive any weird rejection reasons, sometimes. Otherwise, contact helpdesk for further clarification.

Oh, thank you! I wasn't complaining about the rejection as such, every site has its own take on what they want and don't want. I was just completely confused. I'm blonde, it's easy to confuse me. :)

There were some dark red velvet curtains off camera and and the bottle edges reflected those. I left the reflection in because quite I liked it, but maybe I would have been better advised to get rid of it.
