Attention: New Forum in Progress

Unfortunately, our current forum software is causing us some problems, so we have decided to turn off the posting capabilities - for now. We decided to develop our very own forum to get it just right - and it will be up and running again towards the end of May.

We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Until the new forum is available, you can still browse and read the old forums, but unfortunately not post new messages.

Thank you so much for your patience!

No model release
Posted in Newbies on 14. August 2007 by Amphibian

I had 2 images of a piper rejected and it said there was no model releases. I uploaded a model release for both of them. How do I get this straightened out?

RE: No model release
Amphibian,

If you uploaded the model release afterwards, then the simplest thing to to is upload the 2 pictures again and attach the model releases to them in the upload system. If you did this the first, but it just didn't work, let us know so we can look into it and we'll sort the model releases out for you manually.

Hope that helps :)

RE: No model release
Thanks for the reply, and that is what I did, when I got to the clicking of the image and putting the model release with them, then clicked review and submit.

RE: No model release
I uploaded the model release but a notice came up that the image was too small. And I tried to send it by email and I don't think that worked.

RE: No model release
Sorry to hear about the trouble you've been having with this picture, Ray.

We did receive it here today, it did have a model release attached, and we did approve it.
