Hi! I just want to ask how can I re-upload a corrected photo to replace the rejected one. Because, when I uploaded the corrected photo, it was mistaken to be a duplicate and I received a message "please refrain from submitting similar photos". I didn't find a facility for re-submition neither a note to reviewer in the upload facility. Thanks.

I think the procedure is to write an e-mail to the support staff refering to the rejected image (number, title etc.) with the reason for rejection and a message that you have corrected the image and would like it to be evaluated again.

I did this with an image that had a logo barely visible, and after photoshopping the logo out, I uploaded it again and wrote an e-mail like this. The image was then accepted.

I think this is a luxury problem!

Our apologies for rejecting your resubmission, its an easy mistake. You can upload the picture using the normal procedure and we'll find it and make it sure it receives a fair review this time around.

Also, we don't yet have a function for communicating special information to the reviewing team together with your uploads, for example, with re-uploads.

However, if you'd like to be able to do that, just give me an email, josh@crestock.com and I can communicate it immediately to the reviewing team.
