Welcome to Crestock,
A couple of things are temporarily slowing down inspection times at the moment.
- We're working on a new site design with increased functionality for photographers and buyers. The framework of the site has been built months ago and has been exhaustively beta tested for months. It will be released very shortly.
- As part of a new search functionality, we're manually categorizing our whole collection to give buyers opportunity to be very specific in their searches. The inspection crew is helping with that at the moment, and it is no small task.
- Amounts of uploads have doubled, and in some cases, tripled over the past few weeks. Thats keeping us busy, real busy.
The momentum of things at Crestock at the moment is great. The amount of changes being made, and the amount of great pictures coming in, it looks good.
Oh, and to answer your question.... anywhere from 1-5 days. If the waiting time extends beyond this, give either myself or helpdesk the word, and we'll sort things out for you, ASAP.
