We are suspecting a corrupted image file here. Try to reupload the file,
or open it in Photoshop and save it again as a new filename, and then upload it.
If there's still problems with it, pease send me the file so the programming team can investigate it further.

I'm getting a ton of these errors lately. Still uploading images exactly the same way I've always done. Seems the last few days I've hit a lot of errors, though.

There are some isolated cases of this happening. And, the programming team is looking into it I believe. It usually just works the next time though, so I'll get an inspector to look at your latest uploads, and once thats done it should be ok to try uploading again.

Please continue to let us know by posting a message here if any of you still experience this problem.

We are trying to map if this is a widespread and recurring technical issue or just a couple of isolated errors.

Hi,

I've discussed this with the programming team, and they've stated that out of memory exceptions are usually due to corrupt image files. If you've been encountering errors, would you be able to check the integrity of the files.

If these images don't seem damaged in any way, would you please forward one or two of them to me? I'll then pass them onto the programming team for testing the system.

i have encountered this problem too. did you save your jpg in photoshop with quality set at 12 ?
try saving it at quality 11 that work for me

Strange stuff...yesterday i was having the same problem...'out of memory errors' today im not getting any error messages but nothing is uploading correctly.

For example i test uploaded 6 vectors with JPEG files, they seemed to upload ok..until i got to the review and submit spage where they had vanished.

When i logged out and back in again the review and submit page said i had two images, alas, none when i clicked on the page. Crazy!

Although yesterday i did manage to upload a couple of compressed JPEG files OK

Josh, I only have large files and I cannot possible start resizing everything to get them uploaded, right? Do I need to send two files in for review or what is the status on this?
