Beware everyone who is either renewing their account on crrestock or who has not get paid. I have for a long time tried to contact Crestock, but they do not answer either on phone or email. This is a sure sign of the business going downhill.

Please be aware of the facts before posting such warnings, Ecolabel. Crestock is growing fast, and everyone here is busy working on a million things at once to keep up with that growth.

Have you considered that your mail has been lost in transit?

You can contact me directly with whatever you need help with.

I hope it is not going bankrupt. But no answer on the helpdesk is not a good sign, and certainly not good customer support.

Are you serious. I am making more money on Crestock then I am on BSP.
Is BSP also going bankrupt?

This is my best month on Crestock, I'm well over double what I've done in any other month since I've been uploading...

Bankrupt? that's just ridiculous!

Hi.

We apologize for the misunderstanding that caused this, and I'm glad we could come to an agreement over e-mails.

I think that the staff have made it clear that there is nothing going wrong in the business, hes the photoshop contest should surely boost the company further. I have been introducing friends all the time, and i hope that nothing will go wrong, the site is great for everyone. Everyone is a winner. :)

So exactly how many thousand images must you have on this site in order to get a sale? Most of my best sellers on other sites are now online here at Crestock but absolutely no sales what so ever. Is it worth sticking it out here. How long do people tend to give a site to see if it's worth sticking with?

Very disapointed so far!!!

Well really :w00t: you simply cannot make such statments like that simply because someone does not return a call lol

If made at a few other Agencies I know you would be banned or at least made to sit on the Naughty step :hehe:

Yeah, this discussion needs to be moved to a new posting with a friendlier title :)

Tony, I've been discussing a lot lately with photographers who do literally have many thousands of images ready to upload, about the sales performance at Crestock. We're not going to promise what we can't deliver, a lot of sales instantly, but recently one of the photographers got back to me and said that he knew it was going to be slow to start off with, but after a month or two, sales were picking up and exceeding his expectations.

I'm not really listening too intently to complaints of slow sales anymore because I'm seeing the graphs and the performance charts for myself, and I'm seeing where Crestock is heading. Its a site that is very much on its way up, where the majority of other sites are on their way down.

Crestock's continued success is riding a lot on its contributor's, whom we value highly. We hope very much that the sales that some contributors are experiencing will filter through to the newer contributors who are yet to build up their portfolio.

I looked and you only have 76 files uploaded. I have uploaded 668 in the past few weeks and have 40 sales so far. I think most sites need at least 500 uploads to get a good idea of the potential sales. Upload more and I am sure you will get sales.

After virtually all my photographs have been rejected by this site (Including ones that sell really well on other sites) I'm left with no other option but to ask if my accepted images be removed from the site and my account closed.

I can't believe some of the reasons given for my recent rejections. I know i'm not the best photographer on the the planet but I wont stick around this site and let myself be insulted like this.

Good luck for the future.

This will be sorted for you on Monday, when someone is in the office. I hope you can wait until then.

Once again, can you kindly contact helpdesk in future for requests like this? This is a case where direct communication is necessary. The Crestock forum is for discussion of a more stimulating kind, nobody is very interested in discussing your frustrations.

Regards,

Josh
