Hi there Crestock! is the second time that I add on the Cart 12/15 images, then check out, then Zip and Download, and then a page pop up with this text "error occured, contatct help@crestock..." without downloading nothing!! ok It seems just a normal error so i try to log out and log in, and I see the empty cart, so I tried to add new images on the cart, but now seems those images are already downloaded!!!!! but is not true T_T This error happened today with 12 images (few minutes ago) and yesterday or day before yesterday (I dont remember) with 8 images, so could you help me? ahh i Forget i have payed the 30 days/600images/20 images a day subcription...

Hi Dario.
There has been a few issues with this lately, so I suggest that you download your images one by one while we figure it out. As for the photos you downloaded today, you can still find them here:
http://www.crestock.com/downloads-purchases.aspx
Whenever there's a problem with a download, you can find the image at that address 48 hours after the buy. This is a good thing to keep in mind if you ever experience issues similar to this one again.
