Hi,
I really dont understand with your Crestock server. I already lost 30 credits for only one picture but I can not download it anyway. It always appears like "The Server returned an invalid or unregconiged respond" in everytime I download it. Cant use any download tool as well.
Is it how your business going ?

Since we have not had this problem previously we need to know what web browser you are using, and if you are using a mac, windows or linux as your OS.
You may also have a popup killer installed that creates troubles for you.
When you are experiencing troubles like this, just send us an email to help@crestock.com and include a screenshot.
