Am I the only one having to upload files one by one or is anyone else having a problem with the bulk upload page (I cannot open the page ..just receive a page not available message)Mags:crying:

Sorry to hear you are having problems with this, we have not heard of other members having this problem before, if anyone does, we would like to know.
Let's try to get this resolved – just to clarify first: is it when you click on 'Bulk upload' in your members menu that you get this error message?
And could you tell us what browser/operating system you are using when you experience this problem? Can you access all the other pages in your members menu?

Hi error is when I try to access ftp.crestock.com. I can access all other areas of the site with no issues .. to clarify : I select bulk upload from Members Menu then : 1- log onto ftp server ..by clicking the hot link ... then : i the page cannot be displayed appears ..refresh doesn't have any effect. I am using Windows XP and AOL 9 I also have filezila available whcih I use for other stock site uploads ...perhaps you could provide the setting to upload via this application?? Lets hope we can get to the bottom of it ...it would make life so much simpler. Mags

Dear alamar.
AOL 9 does not support ftp. We recommend that you use another browser like Internet Explorer for example, or a ftp program like FileZilla. This can be downloaded for free from filezilla.sourceforge.net

As mentioned inprevius post I already have and use Filezila ..happy to use for ftp uploads ..but can you please advise setting that I shoudl load to allow this to happen?Mags
