I just had 10 images rejected for lack of a model release. The problem is I have a model release on record and did attach it to these images. Is there a way to simply attach the model release, again, to these images. Am I really expected to reload these files all over again?
On a side note, it would be helpful in the tabs field under rejection that there was a number like the other tabs (pending, etc...) so images could be found easier.

RE: Model Release reject (internal error)-resubmit?
I just wanted to take the time, unlike others, to thank Crestock for completely ignoring my question here and my e-mails. Trust me I will continue to take the time to share my non-experience with their non-existent contributor service.

RE: Model Release reject (internal error)-resubmit?
Hi,
I guess the reason why you didn´t get a response to your post is because it is holiday time, and not all of the crestock team are in their offices. Some of them have been gone before christmas.
Some special requests can´t be answered by an inspector, perhaps that is why we on our behalf haven´t answered to this thread but rather wanted to wait for somebody else to chime in.
Perhaps we should have done that and explained the situation.
We need to ask you for a little patience. However if you feel it takes too long you might want to reupload those images and let us reinspect them.
However - we wish you a happy new year and good sales in 2008.

RE: Model Release reject (internal error)-resubmit?
Alan,
If you could please email me the model release, josh@crestock.com, we can re-evaluate them manually without you needing to re-upload the rejected images.
We appreciate your patience over the holiday period, where only a basic staff have been working to keep the site ticking. We have a team of several employees to handle contributor service and we're looking at ways of streamlining this so that matters can be resolved as quickly as possible. This is best for everybody.
All the best in the new year,
Josh

RE: Model Release reject (internal error)-resubmit?
Thank you both for replying to my post. I try to be patient with service matters, but I've had a few incidents already with other sites where questions seem to be completely ignored. It can get a bit frustrating after those past experiences and waiting here a week.
I just sent you, Josh, an e-mail from my hotmail account concerning this issue as you requested.
Thank you both again.
