I understand most of the reasons stated for rejection.
But what the heck does "custom" mean?
RE: Rejection clarification
Hi Darla,
when you receive a custom rejection, there is also another one that has some more text than the standard rejections. We use that when there is something in your image that isn´t covered in the standard rejections that are provided by the system.
Hope that helps.
Happy New Year!

RE: Rejection clarification
So, the word "custom" refers to the line below it?
That makes sense. I appreciate getting something specific, rather than a general "poor lighting or setup" that a lot of sites use. It's like the "check engine" light on your car. It could mean so many things!

RE: Rejection clarification
Thanks for your feedback!
That´s exactly what it was meant for. We don´t use it on every image though. If one of the standard rejection reasons is enough for a picture and it is pretty obvious what is meant we won´t use the custom rejection.

RE: Rejection clarification
sometimes I use custom rejection to tell a person to rotate their image, image did not upload correctly, complete title/description, or something very specific to that picture such as a image of a CD that needs to be cleaned from fingerprints or lint before taking the picture. Etc... If I can use a generic rejection, I do

RE: Rejection clarification
It means Crestock does not like your work but they do not have the balls to say so

RE: Rejection clarification
I've always applauded Crestock's open forum where contributors and buyers can leave comments, kudos, and even constructive criticisms... it's just unfortunate that unproductive comments such as this get entered.
