Attention: New Forum in Progress

Unfortunately, our current forum software is causing us some problems, so we have decided to turn off the posting capabilities - for now. We decided to develop our very own forum to get it just right - and it will be up and running again towards the end of August.

We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Until the new forum is available, you can still browse and read the old forums, but unfortunately not post new messages.

Thank you so much for your patience!

RE: upload issue
Thanks for letting us know. I'll pass this onto the team of technicians. This is the only instance we've heard about since the server change, so lets hope its isolated.

Were these the only images from that upload batch? Have you uploaded since? What happened last time you uploaded?

RE: upload issue
I have had no upload issues.

It might be a good idea to add the details of the upload issue.
Were you using FTP? If so, which client?
Was it FTP through the browser? (that always causes problems everywhere).
Which browser?
Was it web upload? Which browser.

You know the drill...add as much information as you can to help these guys nail down these issues.
Sometimes finding the cause for these sporadic isolated incindents can be like finding a needle in a haystack.
Any bit of additional information can make the haystack a little smaller and the needle a liittle bigger.

(yes....I work in the software world - I feel their pain!!)

RE: upload issue
Thanks vclement, I second what you said. The programmers will only ask me for this information, too. So, please let us know.

RE: upload issue
@eyedear:

The programming team has informed me that the uploaded files that caused the errors, had a file size of 0kb. This would most likely be due to connection issues while uploading via ftp. If you try again on a stable connection, these file should upload without any problems.
