Attention: New Forum in Progress

Unfortunately, our current forum software is causing us some problems, so we have decided to turn off the posting capabilities - for now. We decided to develop our very own forum to get it just right - and it will be up and running again towards the end of August.

We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Until the new forum is available, you can still browse and read the old forums, but unfortunately not post new messages.

Thank you so much for your patience!

I would like to know if Crestock envisage adding an option out for subscriptions sales ?
I think that the price of 0.25 (the lowest in microstock) is incompatible with the quality required by your standards.

Thanks

RE: Subscriptions future
Sometimes I have also Credit sales, but not very often.

I think it isn't possible what you ask but you can ask it to the staff

RE: Subscriptions future
Pricing models will always be under constant review, so its more a question of when we can change prices and commissions, rather than if we can. Luckily, we have a great team of professionals who are much more savvy at watching trends and knowing how to crunch numbers, leaves the rest of us to taking care of photos.

Having said that, feel free to keep discussing the matter, the future of Crestock belongs as much to the contributing photographers as to anyone else.

RE: Subscriptions future
Thats good to know Josh.  Alaways nice when Agencys listen and of course it is in their own interest :D

We Photographers are also pretty savvy at what works where and the fact that the only thing that makes subscription work for the Photographer as opposed to the Agency is simply Volume!...

Think I said when I joined here that I would be watching very close to see what persentage of sales are Subs/25 cents.

Alas 16 out of 17 are Subscription Sales which is why I only have a handful of Images up here and not my Portfolio of 500. Have chatted to many of my SLR packing buddies some of which have stunning Ports they do not uploade here for this very reason....

As my Mum used to say ~ "you get what you pay for" ;)

Sue
