Attention: New Forum in Progress

Unfortunately, our current forum software is causing us some problems, so we have decided to turn off the posting capabilities - for now. We decided to develop our very own forum to get it just right - and it will be up and running again towards the end of May.

We're sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. Until the new forum is available, you can still browse and read the old forums, but unfortunately not post new messages.

Thank you so much for your patience!

Cheap CS
Posted in Photoshop on 22. November 2005 by Walkiria

I want to get a copy of those advertised PhotoShop CS  that do not come with manuals or fancy boxes and supposedly sell cheap - I can buy a book later for the tutorials. I don't want to get ripped off and want to know if someone has bought CS this way and if that is legal.

I am still using PhotoShop 5 and I am content with it, but think I could do things faster with CS. Anyone?:D

RE: Cheap CS
Ok, I know this is not the answer you'd appritiate the most, but it is what it is.

You will need a client, like Azureus or similar.

RE: Cheap CS
I bought PS 7 this way, and saved a bundle. If you order using a credit card you always have the option of going into dispute with the sellers.
It worked fine for me. I received a full, legal copy of PS, just no manuals You would n't read them anyway, as they are as dull as watching paint dry.
