This international bank account number (IBAN) can be apprehended from the bank you normally use. It is a good and fast way of sending money to Russia for example. However, some banks in Eastern Europe may not hand out IBAN- numbers, then you will have to provide us with your normal account number, and we will do a bank-transfer of the money without IBAN, still a good way of transferring money between countries.
