How to change country item in my account information?

Hello everyone,

I want to change my account details.. But I can`t choose another country instead of stated. I see inactive pop-up menu only.

virtoa: if you send information about the changes you wish to make to evaluations@crestock.com, we will be happy to correct this for you.

Because of some instances of abuse in the past where this function was used to repeatedly change the registered timezone back and forth in order to manipulate the number of subscription days available for image subscription accounts, we had to disable user editing of this setting.
