I still haven't got an answer from Crestock Helpdesk and I still cannot take my money via moneybookers.

| | Hey all As some of you may know, Crestock has been having some issues with Moneybookers. They aren't permanent, but they're causing delays in our payouts through that system. We're working on sorting it out, and I expect us to be able to do our pending Moneybookers payout within a week or two. If you are able to recieve your payouts through PayPal instead, it's probably the best solution, since we have none of the problems with PayPal that we have with Moneybookers, and so, our payouts through PayPal are prompt and frequent. In that case, send us word through Helpdesk, and we'll take care of it. Otherwise, please be patient, and we'll get this sorted as soon as we're able to. Have a nice weekend! |

Moneybookers, howewer no money were received. Then, here at a forum I
read that Crestock.com had problems with Moneybookers. Then I had made
payment request via PayPal. It has occurred 10 days ago - 05.12.2008.
Since that, I received neither money, nor response from support.
Appreciate if you can advise whether you still make payments to photogs from Russia?

| | i also sent a mail to help about moneybookers payment a while ago, and couldnt get any answers, positive or negative. i am sure there are a lot of other contributors with same issue. so wouldnt it be nice to reply our mails about this process. (that you are working on it, but paypal would be faster right now) so we may look for other check out options like paypal? when a contributor send a mail to help and there is no answer for that, it makes the contributor think about the communication process with crestock imo. regards bora |
| | khz, you're absolutely right, and we sincerely apologize for that, but we have had some problems with our mailing system lately, so that's why some of you don't get a reply from us within a resonable time. (I made a post about this just recently right here.) We will take care of things, and you will get paid, but there are certain things that doesn't run as smoothly as they should, namely, our mailing system + Moneybookers, but we're working very hard to get these things sorted out/find alternative means. And like Lars said, if you can use PayPal, that's definitely the best way to go right now, cause we don't have any problems there. Thanks, Sverre Sjøthun

Than I got a reply thet I will get my payment in fair time. As you see my earnings are still stucked , and no payment was sent , I didnt recived no explanation obout the matter. At the end just want to tell you is that I would love to meke it easier for you but good people from paypal dot want to make business with my country so moneybookers is the only option here.
