We do take great pride in providing you with the help and answers you need; We promise a quick response to any enquiry you might have – within
24hrs during weekdays, but often much quicker. Give us a bit longer at
the weekends and holidays.
Most questions are answered right away, but some may need to be
escalated, and a solution may take a bit longer – but you will get a reply from us in no more than 24 hours –
that's a promise.
If you do send us an email rather than using contact
form and do not get a response within the 24 hours, there is a chance that our reply has ended up in your spam folder, so please check your spam folder first. We would also suggest that you whitelist help@crestock.com to make absolutely sure we're not filtered as spam. Unfortunately, we have had some problems with our mailing system lately, so if you cannot find a reply from us anywhere, we're not ignoring you. After that I have repeated the request of an e-mail and "Contact us" some times (!) but have not received any answer. The Christmas is fast and I cannot receive the earned money! It not a good gift! And I will not tell to you thanks! It is very sad... I cannot receive the money... Crestock is silent... :( |

jfens Close my account, Netherlands | Hi Sverre, I am desparatly trying to get my account closed. Mailed support for the 7th time now. I'm sure that some of my post got read because one was even removed (although no harsh or faul language was used), but my account still exists and my images are still on sale at crestock. We're trying to work out why a small number of you are having problems getting a timely response from our support team. The most likely culprit is of course spam filters (it's always a good idea to add help@crestock.com to your address book, and/or check your spam folder for genuine messages to minimise these problems). |
| | Hi Sverre, I've sent a request to Crestock helpdesk on 15 january by email, and one on 16 January using the contact form. I am still waiting for a reply from Crestock. According to all information provided on the helpdesk problems, especially the one sent through the contact form should've arrived. I've read this post, as well as the article about the Temporary problems with Crestock Helpdesk, and I'm absolutely certain my spam filter does not block messages from Crestock, nor am I using mail.ru Got any more suggestions on how to get in touch with support?
