| | Hi! I requested my earned sum at 8 march 2009 to Paypal. But I have not received my money still. I need this money ASAP. Please, resolve this problem. Best regards, Roman Sakhno (ArtyFree) |
| | I have also requested a payment in the 1st of March (PayPal), but got no response. Could you please resolve this ? Also it would be nice to read you payout rules - how many days it should take ? Any link maybe ? |
| | I'm also waiting for a payout since the beginning of March. I'd appreciate an update. PLEASE. |
| | Waiting from 1st of March. Lars said that the next PayPal payout is scheduled for this week. |
| | Sure hope it comes this week! I'm waiting too! |
| | what about some crestock people commenting in this topic ? Paying out is most sensible topic in relationship with contributors. I am really disappointed so far. |

| | Bora: Your payout request was unfortunately made after the batch of payouts commented on by ArtyFree and EveStock were processed - we would not delay your payment but pay everyone else :) There's a number of new PayPal payouts pending at the moment, everyone who made their request in the last week should have their money within a week or so. We hope that's ok? The Crestock Team |
| | Is this another company that cheats it's photographers. Sounds like it. I know I have downloaded many photos and I can't find anywhere they might be, or even of rejections etc. I'm new here and reading some of the forum make s me wonder. Another stock photo place, I had twenty images accpeted. Then I get an email saying I was terminated for no reason. After many emails I still do not know but was told I could reapply later on. Then I get an email from an editor of a magazine wanting to use my flag photo and he sent me the url to where it was. they were using my downloaded photos, with my log in name, but no info on it. I found out I had over three thousand downloads on my photos and they'd said I'd been taken off and could reapply. So I'm checking on that now to find out what my recourse is. But it's sounding like this one may be the same. Since they are not answering emails on this forum very quickly or sending money that is owed..... Shirley |
| | To Crestock. History repeats itself, does not it? Already 2 weeks I sent the request to withdraw the money and still no earnings. Advise not to download new images to the money income? |
| | Kamensky, your payment was included in the latest payout 14 April, sorry about the delay. Your payout request was made just after our previous payments went through, that's the only reason you had to wait longer than you may have done previously. |
| | How about my payment. I requested it 27 days before. Nothing come to my paypal account. |
| | I haven't seen mine either..and I requested it towards the beginning of this month. Very disheartening to say the least, and I won't be uploading here anymore. |
| | Hello Crestock team, I too have requested for a payment by paypal and still waiting for my earnings. I've sent 3 e-mails but no answer. Is there someone who is reading emails from
contributors? Why it takes so long?! |
| | I requested my payment sept 1st and still received nothing. As it is almost time for a next payoutrequest, can you please take care of this? Thanks, Kevin |
| | any updates on this? are there still delays on Paypal? |
| | Payment arrived. Thanks!!! |
| | There have been some very significant and unfortunate delays both to inspections and payouts at Crestock recently, there is no doubt about that. We did make payouts both at the end of October, at the beginning of November and yesterday. We are processing payouts in chronological order, but there are delays. There has recently been significant restructuring taking place behind the scenes at Crestock in order to balance the books for 2009 and ensure successful operation and progress into 2010 and beyond. We initially anticipated these events to be sufficiently temporary in nature to have limited impact on end users and contributors, but it is clear that the delays have caused significant frustration. We are doing our best to get things back to normal as soon as we can. Thanks for your patience. The Crestock Team |
