| | Dear Crestock I requested payment of MY earnings 9th September
2009. I have sent numerous emails in and
only received one reply and I’m still waiting for MY earnings to be paid. The reply I did receive suggested you were suffering from
technical problems. However, when
looking at the forum, this problem has been an ongoing issue for years. Some members have got so
flustered with the situation that they have closed their account and removed their images. This is totally unacceptable. Crestock has received payments from the
buyers, yet you aren’t completing your side of the legal contract which is to PAY
the contributors which if we didn’t exist, YOU wouldn’t exist. Please show some respect and pay earnings within a
respectable time frame and have the courtesy of replying to ALL emails. I will pursue this matter with my solicitor if I don’t
receive my payment shortly. This is a very shabby way to treat the people who make Crestock
what it is.

| | I STILL have not received my payment which has now been pending for over 2 months. I have also sent many emails but have not received ANY response. Additionally, I have posted on the different payment threads here on the forum still to no avail. I don't want to be a thorn in anybody's side, but this is getting ridiculous. I see from this thread that Crestock is paying some contributors - please pay the rest of us who have been waiting far too long for something that we have rightfully earned. |

| | Apparently the owners Crestock respond only to repeated warnings and the requirement to pay the fee owners. Who expressed dissatisfaction, to quickly implement payment. Others wait ... The question arises, if you are selling, then why the authors ignored. Is 80% of the Crestock income is not enough to solve the technical problems of the existence of which we are assured the stock management. Obviously, the value of this enterprise in the eyes of potential investors decreases with catastrophic speed. The authors go, dissatisfaction grows, reputation falls.
Perhaps leadership of Crestock advise all authors who do not receive their fees on time to negotiate and actually filed a complaint with the Court of Norway?
Of course, the contract between the authors and the Crestock did not set a timeline for the transfer fee. I think that all the authors take into account the technical problems in Crestock, but there must be some reasonable time. And much ignore the letter completely unacceptable!
As we, the authors must respond to the letters received to participate in the company of WordPress? What is the sense to advertise their work at the stock, which does not pay the fees? Apparently, given in a letter dated on Crestock authors (Yuri Arcurs, Ron Chapple (iofoto), Kirsty Pargeter, Lev Dolgachov and Andres Rodriguez) have no problems with the payment. |

Whats worse than seeing your images sell, not get paid for them and have no response from the company cashing in? |
