Hi Crestock,

I don't know what's your situation and the number of employee you have. But

I can't believe that contribuitors like me has to aks and ask and ask without any answer to get paid.

I 'm serious here. I upload my illustration on weekly basis. ALWAYS...

Only here at Crestock the payment system are so inefficient, don't you think it could be the time to solve this? Contruibuitor are the main resource for you and shoulnd't be considered a priority?

Thanks if yuo can send my paypal payment,

REgards,

David

Shocking that people have to ask so many times to get THEIR money!

I recently joined and I had no idea that getting paid was such a big issue here. If that's the case I think I would sue them to get the money as soon as possible. Soon I will be requesting payments regularly like I do in other agencies I am with, and I am expecting the same quality service. If that doesn't happen here, I don't think this will be a good business relationship.

This company should stop trading If they can't pay suppliers, and they should be investigated by tax authorities to determine what the hell is wrong with them and where that money from buyers is going?

Anyway, as I said I recently joined. Purely for BUSINESS PURPOSES. I am here to get money, and to get money quick! I am not here because I like crestock. I already don't like it reading these posts.

The only reason I am here is because I am a professional and this is a little expansion for my business. I signed a contract with them to get certain amount of commission. That has to be done on time!

Is there still no payment? I sell also today images, but maybe it's better to stop with that.

Can there be any comment from the admin please?

There have been some very significant and unfortunate delays both to inspections and payouts at Crestock recently, there is no doubt about that.

We are processing payouts in chronological order, but there are delays. We did make payouts both at the end of October and at the beginning of November and will process the next batch of payments today.

There has recently been significant restructuring taking place behind the scenes at Crestock in order to balance the books for 2009 and ensure successful operation and progress into 2010 and beyond. We initially anticipated these events to be sufficiently temporary in nature to have limited impact on end users and contributors, but it is clear that the delays have caused significant frustration.

We are doing our best to get things back to normal as soon as we can.

Thanks for your patience.

Good afternoon, dear Crestock team.
First, I'd like to thank you for the convenient website and current sales.

Except for Crestock photo bank, I work with nine more stock photo agencies.
Each of them provides possibility to withdraw money to moneybookers, payoneer or get it via cheque.
Besides, cash transfer period is strictly regulated, it may vary from 3 days up to a fortnight.
It is essential for photographers to receive the earned sums timely.
I am afraid I couldn't find any information related to money transfer periods on your website.
Furthermore, it has been for weeks already since I sent my inquiry to you.
As it turned out, many other photographers faced the same problem.
As for me, it is the first time in my longstanding experience of working with photo stock agencies I confront such a problem.
Please, specify the following issues for me and other registered users of the photo agency:
1. How long is the money withdrawal period since the moment it was requested by a photographer?
2. How would a photographer get to know that his/her request for money withdrawal to moneybookers has been taken under advisement?
3. Why the website would not be added with an inquiry button for withdrawal money to moenybookers, like that of Payoneer system? You work with people from all over the world after all.

Thanking you in anticipation for a detailed and accurate reply.

Yours faithfully.
