Not sure what is going on with Crestock as everyone has a guess.

I have not seen anyone get any direct answers for about a year now.

Can someone from Crestock let everyone know...

Who can you contact since Josh is gone and how  do you do that because the helpdesk does not work to contact it.

??

I have been told Gudmund was in charge but... not sure how to contact you.

I used to have email addresses to some of the staff but dont anymore.

Is Crestock just going through "growing pains"?

Hi lephotography,

There have been a couple of staffing changes at Crestock in the last year or so, which is pretty normal for any business. We are redirecting any emails to obsolete email addresses though, so even if you use an outdated address, chances are it will reach the most appropriate member of staff.

I'm not sure if you are referring to any specific issues that you feel require direct answers and have not been addressed - we certainly try to reply to all enquiries, albeit admittedly not always as timely as we would have preferred due to all the other demands on our time at the moment.

Feel free to send any questions or requests directly to me at gudmund@crestock.com if it relates to your account specifically, or ask in the forums if it's something of general interest and importance.

There isn't one single person who would be the right contact for all and any enquiry at Crestock, so the best way of ensuring that you get a prompt reply is to use the generic addresses for each area of expertise:

  • help@crestock.com - for general help, particularly for anything regarding purchasing or downloading.

The forum is also good if you want other members' opinion on something, but isn't necessarily the quickest and most appropriate means of communication if the issue is account specific or regards some error or problem that only a member of staff can address or give a definitive answer to.

I hope that helps,

Gudmund
