hmm, well I would expect a statement like that from someone who has actually had their images stolen - not from someone who has images waiting in the queue to be reviewed.  Sorry, but I really think your forum post is unwarranted and even slips towards slander.

Well back to uploading...

We fully accept that the waiting times, particularly for vectors, which require different evaluation skills from photos, have been excessive and completely unacceptable. Thankfully, the pending time for vectors is also coming back down to normal again, which is to say 1-5 days.

Having said that, we're talking about 3 files in total here. 3 very good and very elaborate illustrations, but nevertheless 'only' 3 files. It is not your entire life's work that has been kept in the review queue, losing you potential revenue.

We are as disappointed as anyone here about the long waiting times, and we gather from your post that you would like your 3 pending files deleted rather than reviewed. This has now been done.

You are always entitled to do what you wish with your own work, but if you "expect Crestock.com to confirm that they have deleted my files from their servers. I will officially expect this from them", it is usually a better idea to send that request to our helpdesk (or failing that, posting it here in the forum), rather than publishing the request on your personal blog.

Best regards,

The Crestock Team

Well, I waited for three (3) months, contacted your support twice - and called your CEO - what else would you expect me to do to have a reply? If you didn't reply to my previous requests, why should I expect you to answer a third mesage to your helpdesk?

I also believe in bringing the information out to other people considering working with you, so that they are aware of how things work over here.

Yes, it was only three images, my life was not in danger, but I am now certain that if it was, _Crestock.com would not be the right place to seek assistance...

True, seriously suggest you don't contact us when your life is in danger. However, we do apologize (again and again) for any difficulties getting in touch with us while the helpdesk server seemed to be malfunctioning. It is our understanding that there should not be further problems with this.
