An improvement would be for you to monitor the help@crestock.com mailbox and to respond promptly to customers having problems. I am having problems going to checkout and downloading the images I have bought. I have tried it on multiple computers on different network. It appears you download/checkout is not working. What is worse, I rely on you to finish a project I have with a deadline --and I have a credit balance on my account and yet I cannot get a responce on my emails. I am writing a review that will be published. If you are a US company, you would be out of business.

Hi Watson,

While it's very unfortunate that you're experiencing problems, we've just been through a major site revamp last friday - and with that, some bugs did appear.

We have been aware of a problem with the checkout, but to my knowledge, that problem was solved yesterday with the help from our community and customer feedback.

Are you still having these problems? If so, it would be very helpful if you could explain what happens and provide error messages if you're getting any so I can take this directly with our programmers.

You can read more about the update here.

As you can see from the post, we're continuously working to weed out any bugs that arise, and we'll definitely do the same with yours.

Cheers,

Hi!

You wanted error messages. Well here is one for you that I keep getting when I am searching for images:

Description: An unhandled exception occurred during the execution of the current web request. Please review the stack trace for more information about the error and where it originated in the code.

Exception Details: System.Data.SqlClient.SqlException: Timeout expired.  The timeout period elapsed prior to completion of the operation or the server is not responding.

Source Error:

The source code that generated this unhandled exception can only be shown when compiled in debug mode. To enable this, please follow one of the below steps, then request the URL:

1. Add a "Debug=true" directive at the top of the file that generated the error. Example:

  <%@ Page Language="C#" Debug="true" %>

or:

2) Add the following section to the configuration file of your application:

<configuration>
   <system.web>
       <compilation debug="true"/>
   </system.web>
</configuration>

Note that this second technique will cause all files within a given application to be compiled in debug mode. The first technique will cause only that particular file to be compiled in debug mode.

Important: Running applications in debug mode does incur a memory/performance overhead. You should make sure that an application has debugging disabled before deploying into production scenario.
