Temporary problems with Crestock Helpdesk

For a while, some of our users have been complaining about a lack of response from Crestock Helpdesk. The causes for these problems are complex; in some cases, your e-mails never reach us, while in other cases, our response never reaches you.

We are working on a long-term solution to make our Helpdesk service more reliable and efficient, but in the meanwhile, please read these tips on what you yourself can do to make sure your messages reach us, and that our response reaches you:

• When you have any inquiries for Crestock, use our contact form. Contacting us through the contact form guarantees that your message does in fact reach Crestock, which unfortunately, at present time, can't be guaranteed if you e-mail us directly.
• Make sure that Crestock.com is not in any way blocked by your e-mail service/client. Check your spam filter for any response from us, and add our Helpdesk adress, help@crestock.com to your safe list.
• As a last instance solution, if nothing else works, contact us through our forum. While we're working on our new Helpdesk solution, we will be watching it closely to make sure that any helpdesk requests made there are responded to as promptly as possible to avoid any further delay to the user.

To illustrate the problems we are currently facing: For a period up until a few days ago, the e-mail domain mail.ru had Crestock blocked as spam, which meant that many of our users utilizing that domain for e-mail did not receive our response to their inquiries. That said, we have now gotten our adress removed from their spam list, and will be do the same if any other instances turns up where our e-mail messages are being filtered away before reaching our users.
