Why do I take pictures:
I have taken photographs since i was 12 years of age, when my older sister was studying photography in Dublin. I love the way in which we can capture such personal and isolated instances within each frame and then share these with the rest of the world.

When I dont photogrph I either enjoy outdoor activities such as walking, surfing and water sports. I also work as a witer to finance my Editorial Photography degree in brighton.
My favourite photographer, and why:
My favourite photographer is Stephen Shore because his images are beautifully mundane. Capturing that contradiction in life where we are trapped in the everyday run of things yet once we are placed within a new environment we suddenly appreciate that which is unfamiliar.
The meaning of life, in my opinion:
The meaning of life in my opinion is to do something good for the world. We are no greater than every other living thing upon this planet, we just happen to have more power make a greater impact upon the environment upon which we live, so why not make the most of it!
