The big ball of confusion has text, but I can't figure out what it says. The big ball of confusion also looks like it's spinning in space, but who knows why. All we really know about the big ball of confusion is that it's pretty much useless.

Polar coordinates

This effect works best when the native image aspect ratio is 3.14:1, then resize without aspect ratio to 1:1 and then convert to polar coordinates. Guess what is 3.14 and consider the horizon at 1/3 or 2/3
