Using text in illustration can definitely give you an advantage, and also work as a background or pattern for decoration inside the image, but in this case neither of the two usages haven't really struck home. The words come across as obvious and annoying, treating me like I can't see what's right in front of me. It's a shame, really, because the rest of the photo is just fine.
