I have watched Jeremy's skills advance over the last couple years and I must say, he has taken his art to a new LEVEL. I would say LEVEL2. Great work man!

There are still many levels to go after this. Here are some points that should be improved: The shadows of the robots go to the opposite direction than the shadows in the buildings = the light sources are mixed. The spider robots don't display any movement as they are all in the same position (duplicates of each other) + they look like two robots leaning towards others instead of one unit. The explosions in the back look more like stardust and glitter than a real explosion. The meteors poring down fom the sky are always two in the exact same line (like one is following another) and they all seem to be coming down in the exact same angle as well. Paying more attention to the details and relationships between elements will help your work to look more convincing.

I agree with everything Jonathan said plus a few other points. The explosion is greatly over saturated compared to the rest of the composition, the fact that two of your buildings are crumbling where as others in very close proximity remain unaffected makes the destruction feel to layered. I would also have had parts of the blast envelop the bases of buildings and applied apt lighting to said buildings.

Any creative criticism I can get is always helpful. Thank you!

If you are counting the 3 comments out of 24 that have used my name, yes. My friends are also photographers who I thought would find this website helpful. After all, this contest is to get more people to use this website...am I wrong?

Right . you are on the dot right there. I just find it funny that people would ask their friends to vote for them . Good work usually works its magic on its own , with or witout their friends. ultimately speaking, its the judges final say ... No worries mate and good luck man!

I have seen a lot of images in my day. Both as a student finishing my degree in fine art and having worked in the photographic field for over 20 years. Your work is some of the more creative I've seen and I wish you good luck in this contest.

this artwork really sucks, shadows are wrong, explosions are wrong, all is bad, and watching this artwork you can see there are photshop/art skill at all, LEVEL 2?? PAHUAAHAHAHAH LEVEl -10

Drawn to the work becasue of the # of votes and comments-
and like many of the submissions would work well in my rec-room,
on the wall near the dart board, across the room from the HDTV
and to the left of the foosball table. OK- I have Lava Lamps and a
bright orange beanbag chair too, so it really works. Plenty to look at
