Lots of underrated entries, your's is one of them. I almost overlooked it too. Could be because its dark and the details don't pop in the thumbnail. Good work. Voted for you.

Soldier, you're right, I used the images of the tree for all the trees and the hounds, the image of the small plant in the guys hand for the "baby in the belly" and the soil, and the image of the waist to shape the pregnant tree. Then used good old Photoshop tools to try and put it all together.
