Some background info about this work. Idea came from song "Aenima" by Tool-band. Lyrics:
http://www.seeklyrics.com/lyrics/Tool/Aenima.html
(yeah, angry song).
Island is part of a photo originaly from somewhere Canada. Water is half brushed and half photos: i'm not quite happy how it looks around island - too much smoothing perhaps. Buildings in the back are from New York (i think) and bigger buildings in the front are my own photos from Paldiski, Estonia. They were abandoned buildings (Paldiski is full of them). I needed to make them bigger and eaven more miserable-looking.
I want to say somehing about global warming with this, even the song is angry and about flushing man-kind away. Though that may happen if we don't do something for ozone depletion.
Good luck for you all and remember to vote if you like it. Thanks!
Cheers,
